CREST The Waterfront will be located in a very prominent location on the promenade of the entrance from the Ocean to the Estuary, directly facing the busy waterway entry where the ocean meets the river, reminiscent of the French Riviera.
The imposing building with its striking architectural elegance will become a prized feature within the south harbour enclave. A residential complex, it will also house a ground floor boutique hotel consisting of a private foyer and hotel entry, managing 17 x 1 brm self contained apartments, and 17 x 2 brm self contained apartments.
A restaurant is planned for the complex, accommodating patrons, residents and visitors alike, and will take in the glassy views of the Mandurah waterways, including Alfresco dining.

Booking Conditions:
- Each apartment booked requires a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater
- Peak Season periods require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation, whichever is the greater (25% payable upon booking, and a further 25% is payable by the 30.September.)
- Extra persons will incur a charge.
- Balance or Full payment required on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival:
- Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
If a booking is cancelled midway through a stay:
- Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
- Credit note provided to the value of the remainder of the amounts paid.
- Alterations to this at Managements discretion
